I paid much more for these thru a medical supply company. These actually work better than the expensive ones. No they don't last forever but they work pretty good and no they don't stop all leaks but it sure makes cleaning up a lot easier. The only time they leak is a night time but we put pads under him on the bed so don't have to change all the linen every night now. Great value for the price.
