Quite the departure from his previous album Though unfairly criticized for the "disco" hit "Da Ya Think I'm Sexy", this is essentially a VERY GOOD rock album. Unfortunately the price an artist must pay for their success is to be accused of "selling out". Then again, even rock (or disco) artists need to eat, so if a polka song is what sells, then damn the critics: Full 2/4 beat ahead! When this album came out, they played the song to death on all radio stations and the inevitable backlash didn't take long. On this record, Rod keeps most of his band from the previous 2 albums, but most of these would be given their walking papers right after this one. I recently was able to buy a still sealed copy of this LP. I enjoyed it very much. The remastered CD is also excellent. Save for two or three disposable tracks, this is good bang for the buck.I bought this as an 8 track with babysitting money. Also bought the album. I have loved his music since I was a kid, I've seen him 5 times in concert.IT'S ROD STEWART, WHAT'S NOT TO LOVE????I thought this album is all disco music, but not, only DaYa Think I,m Sexy. And the other song came in this album and i love is Ain't love a bitch. The album sounds pretty good for Being over 40 years oldI’ve been wanting this record for so long, it feels great to finally have it!Great gift itemThink what you want. I’ve always loved Rod Stewart no matter the era.Good album plenty of good tracksAnother great album from this artist to ad to my collection of their outputHave this on LP but no longer have a record player, so replaced CD brilliantIt is not one of Rods top albums I bought it for his excellent version of the Four Tops Standing in the Shadows of love.love it
